Fil-Tec Polyester candles

For the latest generation of reverse flush filters we keep polyester candles in stock at our Hamburg warehouse. Alternatively, Fil-Tec also provides filter cartridges of corresponding filter fineness in a version with stainless steel fabric.

Fil-Tec filter candles

In our warehouse in Hamburg we have a permanent stock of different sizes and lengths in several mesh sizes as complete filter candle inserts. These are used in double and single filters in the bypass or as indicator filters behind the automatic filter in the full flow.

Costumer feedback

Die Zentrifuge wird mit einem Druck von 4,2bar, bei einer einer Rohr-Nennweite von 16mm, beaufschlagt. Die durchschnittliche Laufzeit der Zentrifuge betrug 140 BH, die Schutzdicke am Umfang betrug dabei ca. 8mm.

Betriebsstörungen traten bisher nicht auf.

Aufgrund der immer höheren Ansprüche, speziell durch die Qualität der zur Zeit eingesetzten Brennstoffe, ergeben sich immer häufiger Probleme mit der Standzeit der im Standard eingesetzten Dichtungen und O-Ringe in der Standardqualität Viton.
