Fil-Tec filter candles inserts

During the production of Fil-Tec filter candles, which are used primarily for filtering lubricating oils, our special production methods guarantee perfect positioning of the fabric materials. Fil-Tec filter candles can be constructed from a wide variety of materials, depending on the requirements of the engine manufacturer or the users of industrial equipment. We can also supply complete filter candle inserts.

The main features of Fil-Tec filter candles are:

end caps made from steel or stainless steel
resistant against alkaline cleaning agents

In our warehouse in Hamburg we have a permanent stock of different sizes and lengths in several mesh sizes as complete filter candle inserts. These are used in double and single filters in the bypass or as indicator filters behind the automatic filter in the full flow.

Costumer feedback

Die Zentrifuge wird mit einem Druck von 4,2bar, bei einer einer Rohr-Nennweite von 16mm, beaufschlagt. Die durchschnittliche Laufzeit der Zentrifuge betrug 140 BH, die Schutzdicke am Umfang betrug dabei ca. 8mm.

Betriebsstörungen traten bisher nicht auf.
