 The candle filter inserts have been developed as an alternative to the familiar Boll+Kirch mantle filters and with absolutely sealed switching, also for the latest generation of double filters. The candle mesh liners provide the following advantages compared to mantle mesh liners:
- approx. 36% larger filter surface
- longer service life
- few components (seals)
- insertion without changing the filter casing
- optimum protection of candles thanks to protective fabric
- candles can be replaced individually
- easier to clean

In our warehouse in Hamburg we have a permanent stock of different sizes and lengths in several mesh sizes as complete filter candle inserts. These are used in double and single filters in the bypass or as indicator filters behind the automatic filter in the full flow. 
Kostenreduzierung ist aufgrund des stetigen Ratenverfalls und der Wirtschaftlichkeit ein wichtiges Thema für Reedereien. Durch den Einsatz von Schmierölzentrifugen zur Ölpflege können nachweislich Kosten gesenkt werden.
