Our considerable stock of overhauled and tested single, double and automatic filters enables us to meet specific customer needs such as the retrofitting and exchange of filters even at very short notice. The services we offer you are backed up by computer-aided warehouse technology, sophisticated production planning and optimal logistics.

CONTROL SYSTEMS
For automatic backflush filters, Fil-Tec also supplies its own, internally developed control systems ranging from highly reliable contactor controls to fully electronic controls. All the components used comes from renowned German manufacturers.

Costumer feedback

Die Zentrifuge wird mit einem Druck von 4,2bar, bei einer einer Rohr-Nennweite von 16mm, beaufschlagt. Die durchschnittliche Laufzeit der Zentrifuge betrug 140 BH, die Schutzdicke am Umfang betrug dabei ca. 8mm.

Betriebsstörungen traten bisher nicht auf.

Aufgrund der immer höheren Ansprüche, speziell durch die Qualität der zur Zeit eingesetzten Brennstoffe, ergeben sich immer häufiger Probleme mit der Standzeit der im Standard eingesetzten Dichtungen und O-Ringe in der Standardqualität Viton.
