Fil-Tec filter for industrial applications
Separatoren im Bypass können Verschmutzungen bis 75ì aus Kühlwasser und Kühlschmiermittel ohne Filterhilfsmittel entfernen. Von 0,7 m3/h bis 1800 m3/h. Partikelgröße bis 9 mm. Lieferung mit manuellem Schlammablass oder automatischem Schlammablass.
Die verunreinigte Flüssigkeit wird durch den Betriebsdruck über tangentiale Schlitze/ Bohrungen beschleunigt der Trennkammer zugeführt. Die Rotation der Flüssigkeit bewirkt einen zentralen Wirbel . Die dabei entstehenden Fliehkräfte schleudern die Feststoffe zur Außenwandung der Trennkammer.
Aufgrund ihrer Schwerkraft und der Strömung sinken die Feststoffe in die strömungsberuhigte Sammelkammer und sedimentieren. In Intervallen werden die Sedimente abgelassen. Anwendung z.B. für Vorabscheidung von Teilen die aus der Produktion kommen und gewaschen wurden, wie z.B. Kurbelgehäuse oder Zylinderköpfe.
Costumer feedback
Die Zentrifuge wird mit einem Druck von 4,2bar, bei einer einer Rohr-Nennweite von 16mm, beaufschlagt. Die durchschnittliche Laufzeit der Zentrifuge betrug 140 BH, die Schutzdicke am Umfang betrug dabei ca. 8mm.
Betriebsstörungen traten bisher nicht auf.
